The Process

Once a order has been placed on the website you will need to choose the Shape, Size and Color.

Once you are satisfied with your order we will need the cremation ash from your beloved, We prefer if the ashes is in a neatly packaged zip lock bag.

When you have the ashes ready to be shipped then get in contact with us via WhatsApp or E-mail, we will arrange a courier of our choice to collect it from your doorstep.

Upon receiving your lovedone's cremation ashes, we'll handle them with the highest level of care as we craft your cherished memorial keepsake.

When we are finishing crafting your memorial keepsake it is then neatly packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep.

Once the cremation ashes arrived at our doorstep it typically takes 3-4 weeks until the product is finished and delivered back to you.
